The Chef
Amedeo Baroni was born in Valtellina, not far from Livigno. In 1978, when he was 14 years old, he arrived on lake Garda: it was love at first sight. Three years later he met Mr. Roberto Rosa, the Risorgimento’s owner, starting a collaboration lasting 18 years: restaurant became his second home. Together his job partners, Amedeo became in 1999 the new owner as well as the executive chef of Risorgimento.
The Location
Restaurant Risorgimento offers 36 outdoor seats, ready to welcome you during summer nights, and 50 indoor seats located on two floors. The main room is on the ground floor; on the first floor there is our cozy winery perfect for little groups or candle light dinners.
